Even though I have had a crew cab Duramax on it without any problems at all. I believe the company is now out of business.. My eaves are 10' in this garage and I can do lower cars like Z's etc without any problems. I am planning on wiring a limit switch so that I can ensure that I willl not go too high in case i'm not paying attention. However; I highly recommend Greg Smith auto equipment.. the prices are great and the products are very good. There is actually a showroom and outlet you can pick it up from near Newark DE.. NO TAXES! and they give much better prices if you go in person. The 2post lift that I traded for this one was by Greg Smith auto equipment.. However; mine was just sitting in corner of garage because I wanted to do alot to the garage/roof before installing. So this was a perfect deal for me as of now. I have 4 tall jack stands to let the lift down and it will raise the car off the lift so I can do suspension etc.
